Shipping & Returns
ANDMEUNLIMITED delivers orders worldwide. Orders will be shipped directly from andmeunlimited.com through its external logistics operators.
The delivery time is 24 to 72 hours depending on festivities or special dates (holidays or summer periods) in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In populations far from urban centers, it is not possible to guarantee the delivery period. For the rest of the communities or countries it can range from 2 to 5 working days from the date of confirmation of your order.
If you place your order before 13:30 it is very possible that it will be prepared and shipped the same day. The hours of our warehouse are from Monday to Friday, therefore, orders placed on Fridays after the indicated time and on weekends, will be prepared the next business day.
Shipping will be free as long as the order is equal to or greater than 50 Euros (VAT included) in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated dynamically depending on the products you have in your shopping basket.
In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the delivery address indicated, the transport agency will leave a notice with a telephone number that you must call to set the delivery at another time. Keep in mind that the transport agency will keep your package in its warehouses approximately 10/12 days before returning it to our facilities.
If you do not receive your purchase in the estimated time, contact the Customer Service of andmeunlimited.com in the contact section, or directly at the email address email@example.com. From the moment we have your notification, we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it in the agreed time.
Remember that you can send any item as a GIFT! When placing your order, you can check the GIFT option, at no added cost
You can return the items as long as you notify us within 15 days after receiving the order and as long as it keeps its packaging in optimal condition.
If you find a defective product in the received order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be returned following the instructions (return rules BOE n. 7/1996). In this case, ANDMEUNLIMITED assumes the shipping costs incurred. You can replace or replace the defective product with other items.
If the reasons for return are unrelated to ANDMEUNLIMITED, that is, if the product is in perfect condition, but despite this you want to return it, you must send us the product in perfect condition, with all its accessories, labels and original packaging, attaching a copy of the purchase invoice inside, to our address: (the costs of the return will NOT be borne by ANDMEUNLIMITED).

If you want to make a size change, ANDMEUNLIMITED will take care of sending you the correct size and picking up the wrong one at no cost to you.
To manage the return or change of size you must ALWAYS contact us at email@example.com or you can use our contact form and follow the instructions that we will provide.
The refund of the amount paid for the item will be made in the same means of payment in which the order was paid within a period not exceeding 10 business days. ANDMEUNLIMITED guarantees the refund of the return, following the indicated instructions and when the returned items are in the same condition in which they were received. ANDMEUNLIMITED will not accept postage or cash on delivery.
